Quick Update: Braces
Greetings and salutations my lovelies! Well it's quick update time again...so yours trully is getting braces in another month. I did my orthodonic consultation a few days ago and didn't realize before then how much I trully needed them (or in my mind I think I do). Kinda nervous about it cause i've been running from them for 9 years now (because I was afraid of looking 'ugly' or 'nerdy'), but i've decided to bite the bullet and get it done. Two years of suffering will be worth straight, awesome teeth I figure. If any of you has ever had braces before feel free to leave comments with any suggestions or thoughts you may have on wearing them. I'll post pics when I get them done as well. :)

Conair Infiniti Pro Spin brush Review
I purchased the Conair Spin Brush a couple months ago and decided to try it out a couple times before I did a review on it. I can say for sure this is one of my favourite things to use when styling my hair now. It makes my hair feel so soft and gives it volume at the same time while drying, just as if I had it done in a salon. After I wash my hair I use L'oreal Studio Heat Seeker Straightening Cream, Agadir Oil Argan Oil Spray and Pantene Heat Protectant Spray for Fine Hair when my hair is damp then air dry until it is 3/4 dry, then I use the spin brush to style.
Here are some before and after pics:

Current Update: Tattoo Plans
Hello lovelies! It's been quite a while but I've found some time on my work break to do a little update for you guys.
So for those who are close to me may know, I have one tattoo that I got a few years back and since then I've been planning on getting my second one. It's been a long time coming but I've finally decided on getting something simple yet meaningful to me.
I wanted something to represent the rough patch in my life that I went through when I was in my teens as well as the recent problems I have had to overcome last year. Now that things are better I would like this to commemorate just being 'free' and being currently in a happy time.
Hopefully I will get it done on this upcoming weekend and will post pics. As for those wondering what exactly the tattoo is i'll keep it a secret till then. :)
Hope everyone is enjoying the Christmas/ Winter season so far wherever you are. I know I'm excited for Christmas, especially since I get to see my significant other and be around my close family and friends.
P.S- For those of you going through any problems now, whatever they may be remember that things will eventually get better, just stick it out a little longer.
Much Love.

Body Shop Haul
I was passing through the local mall today (Sovereign Centre) and saw a sale going on at Gabriella's Cosmetic outside so I decided to stop and pick up a few items. Always loved Body Shop products so this was definately a good deal for me. I purchased Pink Grapefruit body scrub and shower gel, Passion Fruit shower gel, Mango glycerin soap, and a Coconut lip butter (which should be applied lightly as it will turn your lips a bit chalky if applied too much). I love how all of these scents smell but the Mango is my favourite!

Sephora Sample Review: Boscia Oil Free Daily Hydration SPF 15
I had recently ordered a few items from Sephora and received a few samples of things that I wanted to do a quick review on and whether or not I would actually purchase the full size of the product. The first sample to review is the Boscia Oil Free Daily Hydration moisturizer with SPF 15.
This is the product description taken from the Sephora website:
Boscia Oil-Free Daily Hydration SPF 15 controls shine, refines pores, provides continual moisture, and fights signs of aging. This skincare essential multitasks by protecting the skin against harmful UVA/UVB rays, external pollution, and environmental stress. It is packed with oil-moderating botanicals that offer both anti-bacterial benefits and intensive hydration. Pores and lines are minimized, leaving a smooth, healthy look and feel.
What it is formulated WITHOUT:- Parabens- Sulfates- Synthetic Fragrances- Synthetic Dyes- Petro-Chemicals- Phthalates
Upon opening the sample packet I usually smell the product before I apply it and I was not too fond of the smell of the moisturizer. It didn't have that nice soft perfumed scent that moisturizers usually do but it still wasn't so harsh so I decided to apply it regardless. The consistency of the product wasn't very thick, it went on smoothly and it absorbed fairly fast into my skin. The scent of the product eventually went away which was good also. It also seemed to have a slight mattifying effect after I had applied it which is good for me cause my t-zone is usually a bit oily. I applied my regular makeup over it afterwards and that applied smoothly as well. Overall I would possible purchase this product in the future but the main con about the actual size product is that it is very tiny (about 1.4 oz) and it costs $36 US. But if you're looking for a higher end moisturizer than the regular drug store brand then you could try this product out.

'Feeling Older' Face Products
I turned 24 recently and started to feel like It was time that I started to use some anti-aging products for my skin. I have read that it's good to start using products like this in your mid 20's to slow down the formation of wrinkles, fine lines and tighten the skin for when you gradually get much older. With that being said I went to my local pharmacy and picked up two items: Neutrogena Anti-Oxidant Age Reverse night cream and Neutrogena Eye Firming cream.
This product i've been using for about two nights so far, and I really bought this because I had wanted a moisturizer for night time as my face tens to get pretty dry after I wash with my Neutrogena Oil-Free acne facewash.
Here's the product description from the Neutrogena website: "Even while you sleep, free radicals can attack your skin and cause premature signs of aging. Ageless Restoratives® Anti-Oxidant Night Moisturizer helps neutralize 99% of free radicals* while also reversing the signs of aging such as fine lines, uneven tone, and age spots, for a younger-looking you.
Fight free radicals, even as you sleep, with this exclusive antioxidant complex that features Feverfew, an ultra-soothing botanical that helps calm irritated skin, and Gamma Tocopherol, one of the most potent forms of vitamin E available. The night cream also delivers Essential Soy®, rich in proteins, isoflavones, and natural moisturizers that help smooth out the texture of your skin and brighten tone."
This moisturizer makes my face feel pretty soft after applying it, however the smell is something that i'm not used to. I was expecting it to smell soft and a little perfumed but overall it isn't overbearing and something that you can get used to.
This eye cream I bought just to prevent any wrinkles around my eyes for when I get older. I know of a person in their 50s that used this product and said that it helped with a bit of darkening under their eyes. So that would definately be a good side effect if I did have dark under eye circles.
This is the product description:
- "Clinically proven to improve skin's firmness and elasticity; reduce appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, improve clarity and texture and soften and smooth skin in just two weeks
- Exclusive active copper formula delivers copper deep within skin's surface to visibly restore its natural support and elasticity
- In just one use, you'll experience superior moisturization, fast absorption and a beautiful new feel on skin; allergy-tested, non-greasy and dye-free"
